Generations of Excellent Die Cutting Products
FEEDER
The feeder section has achieved a substantial leap forward. The multi-functional feeder head is capable of handling materials ranging from 200g/m² cardboard to 7.5mm thick corrugated paper. The non-stop feeding function, coupled with automatic and manual non-stop feeding, ensures seamless operation. The main feeder platform features automatic centering, and the feeder bridge has been upgraded with a safety mat and a pneumatic paper-pressing wheel frame assembly. These enhancements have significantly improved adaptability and efficiency.
Die cutting department
The die-cutting department is equally impressive, with optimized positioning of the feeding port teeth row side, precise indentation of the die-cutting steel plate fine adjustment system, extended tool life and reduced adjustment time for the five major components, upgraded positioning system of the outlet teeth row, optimized oil barrier wall, automatic safety door, and safer and more convenient operation.
Clearing waste steps
The fixed lower mold, three frame waste cleaning system, and optional pre installation platform of the waste cleaning department enhance stability and efficiency. The servo deceleration brush and three side floating scraper in the delivery section are optimized for tool replacement. The electronic control system is uniformly controlled by a safety PLC, and the upper computer and 15 inch touch screen lay the foundation for future automation upgrades.
