The Komori Corporation and Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co. Ltd(a member of BOBST group) have entered into an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) agreement.
The agreement allows for the manufacture by Shanghai Eternal Machinery of a customized die-cutting machine and devices with Komori’s creative input and technical requirement for incorporation into Komori production line. Eiji Kajita, Director and Operating Officer of Komori Corporation said, “Shanghai Eternal is a highly respected designer and builder of die-cutting equipment. This agreement will enable us to continue to offer our customers optimized price-competitive products for post press process while maintaining the quality that Komori products are known for.” Gary Tseng, General Manager of the Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co., Ltd., said, “Komori is known throughout the world for the technology innovation, quality and reliability of its printing machinery. We look forward to contributing equipment and future innovations to its product range.”
