We are excited to announce that, following meticulous preparation and extensive R&D efforts, ETERNA ECUT 1650 E ELITE fully automatic flat-bed die-cutting machine has undergone a comprehensive upgrade. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the market. With this upgrade, we have set
clear objectives: to significantly enhance production efficiency, and to elevate the safety and convenience of operations. This is not just an upgrade of a machine; it is a testament to our dedication to excellence and our ongoing efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Generations of Excellent Die-cutting Products
Feeder

The feeder section has achieved a substantial leap forward. The multi-functional feeder head is capable of handling materials ranging from 200g/m²
cardboard to 7.5mm thick corrugated paper. The non-stop feeding function,
coupled with automatic and manual non-stop feeding, ensures seamless
operation. The main feeder platform features automatic centering, and the
feeder bridge has been upgraded with a safety mat and a pneumatic paper-pressing wheel frame assembly. These enhancements have significantly
improved adaptability and efficiency.
Die-cutting Section

The die-cutting section is equally remarkable. The side registration of gripper bar at the inlet has been optimized, and the micro-adjustment system for the
die-cutting steel plate ensures precise creasing. The structural optimization
of major components extends tooling life and reduces make ready time. The
registration of gripper bar at outlet has been upgraded, the oil barrier wall has
been improved, and the safety door is now monitored, thereby enhancing
operational safety and convenience.
Stripping Section
The stripping section features a fixed lower frame, a triple-deck stripping
system, and an optional pre-set table, which enhance stability and efficiency. The delivery section incorporates a servo-controlled brush and a three-sided
floating jogger, with an optimized structure for easier tool exchange. The electrical control system is managed by a safety PLC, and the IPC with a 15-inch touch screen lay the foundation for future automation and IOT upgrades.

and we hope that this major upgrade, along with our continuous improvements, will provide ETERNA customers with the best product in its class! In the afternoon of March 18th, in order to show development achievement, a special ceremony themed " Generations of Excellent Die-cutting Products"
was held at ETERNA Shanghai factory.
The lead engineer gave detailed introduction of this major upgrade,
everyone gained a deeper understanding of the machine's improved performance. We are eager to bring this achievement to our customers worldwide.
